How do you tell if someone else is gay, other then effeminate or masculine behavior? I mean, how do you tell some guys or girls are gay, if they don't act like stereotypical gay people?

Long story short, I have this cute co-worker but I have no idea if she's gay or not. In fact, I'm pretty sure she's straight - but I really am clueless. Help me evilbore!

I think I came with a broken Gaydar. I'm generally oblivious.

I once asked my friends if some dude we hang out with was gay and my friend (a girl) responded with "uhh... we're dating". so yeah, no gaydar.
