360 for SMB right now. SMB on the PC has all types of problems at the moment. Every patch they release messes up something else.

I'd say SMB is a better investment on PC. I'd wait for it to drop on 360 if you want to get it there, but it looks like PC is going to get tons of free shit like added characters and such.

This is a really tough one to pick. I've probably bought about 20 downloadable games this year and a lot of them I've greatly enjoyed. I know not many people have played it (should've had a demo) but I really enjoyed Horde, especially in multiplayer. Also Epic Dungeon that just got released last week on XBLA Indie Games is a fun Roguelike to waste a couple of hours with.

and I don't remember so much Shatter love before.  I played it on the PS3 months ago (it came out on Steam at one point later on) and thought it was the best breakout game since Thunder and Lightning on the NES.  The music is awesome.

I only played a little of Joe Danger but it seemed like Trials HD if it was easy.  Actually I take that back, it seemed more like Gripshift on a 2.5d plane.  Like Gripshift it's colorful and there are multiple objectives (collect the stars run, fastest time run, collect hidden things run).  The difference is that Gripshift had the wacky SMB physics where you'd make up your own shortcuts, which was my favorite part.


I voted for Lara Croft.  SMB is close, but Lara Croft was pure awesome.

From what I've played it's gotta be Lara Croft, hands down.  Game Developer Story is freaking awesome as well but after you go through your first 20 year cycle, there's really not a lot of incentive to go back to it.  Fun while it lasts though.
