I got all the apples and the game ended with floating through space. I think if you get a perfect run with no deaths you get the credits and a bonus song. Could be wrong though.

The guy at 1:34 is LUCKY he landed on his face. Dude was microns away from wishboning himself on that fence, and separating his twins forever via the Iron Curtain.
