Though I think evilore's problem is just having no personality or reason for existing outside of owning Neogaf. If his threads designed to show off his money and his gaf celebrity reek of desperation to me then I imagine girls pick up on the desperation as well.

He doesn't seem like the ''get laid' type.  I can understand that money and status may help engender wanting to go on a fuckfest, but he would seem better served just finding a nice girl.  But the cars and all that just seem like a premature midlife crisis.

I have a full-time job though!  Takes up a lot of time, like I would wager most here know with their own jobs. 

And my financial stability is not that guaranteed.  We're a small firm that's just breaking even in these recession times.  When my dad retires in a few years, I'll either be at some big firm working 100 hour weeks, or working on my own in some small office trying to make a living and a name for myself.  Or in some other career all together.  The overhead at our current office is way too high for either myself or my brother or the both of us to keep it running after my dad retires.  Between rent, utilities, costs + employees, we're talking like 300-400k overhead before you even make a dollar for the year.  You pull that off when you're charging $450/hr, but not when you're charging <$200/hr.

I have my strengths and I recognize them, as I recognize my weaknesses that I need to improve, but I've always thought of EL as being closer to say Bill Gates or Zuckerburg; so he seems on a whole different level.

I'm not sure where you get the impression that I haven't been "hooking up".  I just got out of my latest relationship 3 months ago   I've been dating people/hooking up/in relationships pretty regularly over the past 3-4 years   I'm not complaining about my own troubles, and I'm kind of past the point where I have problems that I need to complain about.  I'm talking about EL here.

Really surprised EL admitted to the groping, especially on a board like NeoGAF lately. Unwarranted groping of a girl is a line I personally would not cross.

And about the TARDIS girl. I would compliment her on looking nice, it's sad to me that there are a lot of pretty, but overweight girls out there who are afraid to exude sexuality. I have seen some attractive chubby girls cosplaying in some really nice costumes and I have given compliments on their choice of costume. Especially if it's from a niche game or an obscure character that I like.

I'm sorry but I'm going to side with evilore on this. Not that it was okay to do what he did, just that it's incredibly easy to find yourself in a situation like that, regardless of values and principals. Especially when you're drunk and there's a lot of miscommunication going on. Anyone who denies that possibility entirely is out of touch, imo. Why I get groped by strangers all the time, but that's a story for another time.

 I obviously understand where the few wommenz who replied are coming from, but a situation like that doesn't instantly turn someone into an actual predator. Then again, it's perfectly normal to perceive him as one, since it's safer and no one should take chances on complete strangers. In hindsight, it was a wrong move on his part obviously, so he should have apologized and promised never to do it again (i.e. never share similar tidbits with hyper sensitive internet people).
