The thing is, I honestly don't get or understand the struggles trans peeps are going through, but I would love. I'm just waiting for a good role model/advocate who's gone through most of the shit IRL. The people I've seen so far on forums don't really represent them quite good, imo. Sorry.

Yeah theres only like, four(?) main elementals and once you figure out "Agi" means fire and "Bufu" means ice you're good to go. Status change and buff spells get funky with the names, but who cares.

Anyway at the end of the day it's pretty ridiculous us guys trying to recommend a jrpg to someone who has never played one in 2012.... maybe Atramental can tell us what types of games he enjoys and we can go from there

The collectathon part is almost as good as the battle system. And the two are so tightly tied, I don't see how you could separate them without losing something.

DP were the slowest in the series, BW are really quite fast and feel even faster than they actually are because of the dynamic animations. Can't comment on BW2 but it should stand to reason they're a bit faster than BW as well.

Considering the demographic of GAF this thread is amazing. I once met up with a girl from OkCupid at a coffee shop and she was at least 30-40 lbs over her profile pic.
