I don't miss having a huge collection at all.  By keeping my game collection all digital it makes things much easier.  Only things I do hang onto are special controllers since they can't be replicated digitally.  But steering wheels and Steel Battalion controller takes up a lot of space.

Well, knowing GAF, I doubt they told the full story.  It's rare that someone will just up and sell all of their shit without any provocation at all.  Not saying it couldn't happen but this is GAF where we've all laughed at hundreds if not thousands of threads over the years where some socially unaware gaffer does something dumb, we all laugh at them, and they're confused as to why their dumb behavior was dumb.

A Black Falcon Thread.

Having seen many A Black Falcon posts/threads in my time [more than 12 years worth], I can confirm that that is indeed an A Black Falcon thread.

ABF is a mega collector. He will buy any game as long as it's old and probably actually play it seriously. But it's totally bizarre the kinds of games he'll put a ton of time into [Army Men Air Attack 2, Mort the Chicken], versus the games he totally ignores entirely [Breath of Fire, Xenogears, Valkyrie Profile, Legend of Mana].

I like ABF's posts, even if he needs to learn a thing or two about brevity, and his taste is very weird. He's a huge fan of obscure western B and C tier games, especially 3D platformers, loves futuristic racing games, and is a huuuuuge N64 fanboy. I don't think he's a big RPG fan outside of Skies of Arcadia though (and apparently Star Ocean 2? ), so it's no surprise he didn't play any of those games.

Let's try to look at this story seriously. There are clearly a lot of posters here who feel that this kind of behavior is a legit, acceptable thing for an employee at a restaurant (a customer-service establishment) to engage in, but I don't see pretty much any actual attempt to provide a reason why it would be acceptable.

So: would anyone like to non-flippantly justify this? Don't rely on lazy societal stereotypes about how much fat people suck. That is, quite literally, kindergarten behavior: assuming that everyone else knows fat people are legit targets so it's fine to just make lazy jokes about them and not explain why. Make a real case: what reasoning makes this sort of behavior okay for a person in a customer service role?
