I remember years ago that gaffers were trying to explain in uncomfortably awkward posts about why bars were shit and that they didn't need to follow these hollow social rituals.
I don't know, I've never seen girls cover up their drinks. Maybe some of these gaffers are just better off not going to bars and spending their foreveralone nights jerking it to a ghibli film. Not everyone is cut out to be a social butterfly and if they're too thin skinned and too easily offended, they're never going to hack it in the social world. It isn't up to either men or women to prop up these special little snowflakes who crumble at the most minor of slights, if they were even slighted in the first place. Narcissism and social awkwardness coupled with the dunning kruger effect is not a good look.
