Mods got jealous that some sub-forums were getting more popular than other forums. BYOB was getting more popular than FYAD and Laissez's Faire
was becoming a rampant place for political liberal political discussion, and quickly became the most popular forum on SA next to GBS to my memory. Your Console Sucks was equally popular.

So some mod with chip on his shoulder made RFA, and put BYOB and LF in it. Anyone who posts in RFA is subject to getting Forums Cancer, which is the infected user stuff you mentioned. It's really a joke. The forums are the same as always and anyone can post in them, but you risk getting forums cancer, which can be fixed.
