people need to seperate their fanboy fantasy from what happens on a day to day basis - e.g. Vita is fucked - we all agree that - but the shelf space it occupies in most stores is HUGE - infact, in Shinjukus Sofmap it dwarfs the 3DS section that has been moved to the back of the store whilst the Vita is now front and center

Reality is a bit weird in comparison to what is really going on ....

If the Vita dropped the price of the ridiculous memory cards and hardware, it'd appeal a little bit. Not everyone wants to drop $300-400 on a 32gig device. I mean shit, you could get an iPod touch with a similar memory capacity for $200. The memory cards is the biggest blunder Sony did for the sake of trying to protect their device and get a tax on top of it.
