I never know if I should tip in a foreign country...everyone knows Americans tip and many Americans tip while traveling but I'm sure some don't.   I usually err on the side of leaving a small tip.  My brother is always embarrassing about this though because he makes a point to leave a large tip and really point it out to the waiter.  Like "hey, maybe you guys don't do this here, but we believe in being generous in our country!"
