I went into a Gamestop a couple of times recently and was impressed at how things changed. They make a pitch but a simple "no thank you" ends it. In the past, you could tell them to fuck off and they'd still keep after it. I understand they were just doing their jobs but company policy basically entailed harassing and scaring away customers to sell a subscription to Game Informer. I avoided that store for years because I simply just want to buy my shit and go. I'm glad the company realized how counterproductive it was.

Regarding GAF links, after reading the past few pages of them, holy shit. Glad to be done with that place. Some of them love to just revel in their persecution complexes, asshurtedness, and sanctimonious behavior.

The thing is I've never thought Ami was awful because of those things he's done in his personal life. I've never brought that stuff up because I think we all have embarrassing stuff in our private lives. The fact that he's eager to share his dumb shit is foolish but I don't hold it against him.
