I'm confused.  You guys have a WoW product listed under the games segment... I suppose this is just a typo.

I can't imagine following rules or guidelines to troll. It just becomes instinct after years of desensitizing idiocy spewed out by the internet public. One thing you missed. Never underestimate the power of smilies.    ::)
