Nearly Electrocuted Myself
« on: December 28, 2006, 12:26:25 AM »
The smoke alarm was going off cause I suck at cooking and being that I couldn't get it to stop making noise, I decided to unplug it. So I twist it off the ceiling and then pull the plug, only the wires come out of the plug and then I feel electricity all through my hand... followed by this huge spark and crack noise...

Thank the lord for circuit breakers... maybe I'd be dead right now.

You should've fanned the smoke detector with a tray.  Takes about 5 seconds.

And no you wouldn't die.

How do you know I wouldn't have died? I have two pace makers working in tandem to keep me alive.

Three when you take into account the one in my junk.
