I finished Conquest Mode and I think I'm done with DW7 in general.

KOs: 210,000
Overall, I really liked this game. I took it slow with the conquest mode, clearing a few hexes every couple of days.
The Pros:
+ It is the most content-rich Dynasty Warriors game out there
+ The challenges were interesting. In previous games, you could do either entirely what you wanted or you had to guess as to which event to attend where. DW7 finds a strong middle ground here
+ I liked the story mode and how it is set up. I like the idea of starting off in the camps and I think the story mode allows you to be more accountable to other officers compared to previous entries
+ Probably the grittiest of the DW games.
+ Can rack up the most amount of KOs. In the final conquest mode hex (or highest difficulty), you can clear 3500+ easy
The Cons:
- Not every major or significant officer has their own weapon. Other games were able to achieve this in the past
- Not a lot of stage variety. Older levels felt more epic in size and scope. DW7 is comparatively small with relatively boring stages compared to previous entries
Overall, I think it was a great game but I still feel that Dynasty Warriors 5 is the best in the series still. It's still great and certainly isn't going to win any new people over. I still laugh at how many reviewers completely missed the point or got things wrong with this game. I had a lot of fun with this game and recommend it to others. I will definitely get the inevitable DW7 Empires and DW8.
