What the fuck, I think this thing took away my free game. I chose Infamous and then it's like,"go to get free ps3 game 1 derp derp" so i go there and click get now. And now my game 1 tile is gone but INfamous is nowhere on my cart or on my download list.

What the fuck

Read the FAQ... you have to go to Services List in Account Management

What free shit is mine forever with PSN+? I wanna grab all that junk while I can.

-themes
-avatars
-anything you buy discounted (DLC/PSN)
-free PSN games/minis/DLC/PS1 games they screw up on and you get forever like Stacked and some PS1 games/minis.

Basically if you hit download and it pops up a warning screen that it's limited, you don't keep it.  No warning screen?  Yours forever.  They screw up A LOT (or maybe it's on purpose) and some every couple months there's a few games you keep permanently.

lmao

Went to add to cart for my free games and now I've lost a free game for ps3 and a free game for psp. Only got Infamous and Modnation Racers.

Now for EU store, so I can give Sony the finger.

You didn't lose anything.  Once the hammering stops go to account management, services, FREE GAMES and you'll get your games.

Finally connected to the account management with my PSP and got the free games.  Kept getting an error because I am stupid and had my PSP connecting to my router incorrectly.   :duh
Had to retry a few times due to the servers getting hammered but finally got through.

Got my 5th full-game Burnout: Paradise :smug

Have 30 days to complete it, though.

BTW being a PSN+ member SUCKS. Not even worth $1 per month. I'd never find content to justify even that low price (free avatars :rofl).

well...you just got burnout paradise free...that not worth PS+? not trying to defend it, i think PS+ is shit too

According to google, that's part of Sony's newly tightened security. That notice is basically their version of ZoneAlarm's "AN INTRUDER HAS BEEN BLOCKED" pop-up.

Himu, WTF, man up. I tried for 2 hours yesterday but finally got my 4 games. I have never seen so many errors, shitty error messages etc. Not even on Windows 95.

I got it all.

I got Infamous, Dead Nation, Modnation Racers, Pursuit Force, Ratchet, and Burnout

My nitpick is anti-alias and resolution; I'm the farthest you can get from a graphics whore, but something about seeing objects and characters have jagged lines on them just takes me out of the  game. I enjoy hd games due to the clear and detailed graphics and jaggies make the image quality feel not up to par.

infamous had tons of textures but no AA so it looks weird
there's some interviews about how the game was made and apparently it was basically strung together with string and duct tape. Sucker Punch spent all their time getting the gameplay down and said "fuck it" when it came time to polish the game graphically

so out of the three I don't own
-Infamous
-Super Stardust (does it include expansion?)
-Wipeout

which ones of those?  I'm leaning towards Infamous and Wipeout, but I'm indescisive like Hamlet.

I would say get Infamous and Wipeout as those games have much more content. Super Stardust is cool but it's just a twin stick shooter iirc

inFamous is awesome. Wipeout is incredible. Must get both if you don't have'em

Also Borys, theres a Wipeout full game unlock file. When you got the game it should've shown you three files to download, vanilla, fury and the unlock file.

Heads up:

There's FREE inFamous content (Gigawatt Blades Power) and FREE Little Big Planet Content (around 5 Sackboy Costumes) on the Playstation Store.

Downloaded it all :smug

:bow Sony :bow2

lol. The Gigawatt Blades suck and LBP costumes are more homo than playing female characters in Western RPGs.

Uh not really. The only reason why Nintendo cleaned it up is because they didn't keep hacking it. They got in then left shop. If they stayed in there and kept getting stuff Nintendo wouldn't clean up.

I already had all the downloadable games except Dead Nation and I was considering downloading Infamous just to have it always on my HD but I somehow ended up downloading Dead Nation twice....not sure how that fucking happened.  Dead Nation is pretty freaking awesome though.  It's like Left 4 Dead mixed with Loaded.  Don't know why I was sleeping on this one before but I'm kinda glad I did seeing how I got it for free.

All the Dead Nation talk got me hyped for it, so I bagged it. I also grabbed the WipEout HD collection, ModNation Racers PSP and... crap, I can't remember the other PSP title. OH! Pursuit Force.

Thanks for the heads-up on the free inFamous DLC, Borys. I grabbed that, too.

Now if it would just download at a normal rate, not measured in terms usually reserved for geological era.
