Amazon has the 32GB card for $75.

Should I buy this and a Vita or wait for some E3 announcement?

I don't see the point of a 32GB card unless you really like PSN downloads. The games are already on carts, you're not getting a speed boost by "installing" them. Pretty sure Vita is not getting a price cut in NA due to the exchange rate.

I have a 16 and it works well, but I use ps+ cloud storage for saves and have to delete/install/reinstall games every once in a while or when I get a new downloadable game

That would be an odd reason.  Right now the yen is weakening pretty consistently against the dollar, which would make maintaining the 100 yen -> 1 dollar pricing parity more affordable than it has been in years.
Yeah, just going by this article where it was stated as a reason.

I've laughing at that use of tengu masks to make a dickgirl for like five minutes now. Even if it comes over to the US you know they're going to cut that or restrict it like Persona 2: Innocent Sin's mission creator was cut out and Disgaea 4's mission creator was restricted due to ESRB concerns.

OK, so I got Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus.  Even the game icon and initial loading screen are NSFW.   :lol

The game seems pretty good- appears to be native res, colorful, and super-clean looking.  Good framerate with a bit of slowdown here and there.  Plays pretty much like a musou game as expected, although in smaller areas.  The first stage I tried was a fight inside a typical Japanese high school gym, stage area and all.  It appears to be set up so that you are fighting against another girl, but there are other, easily-disposable enemies that appear in waves to assist her.   Where things get laughably perverse is when powering up your character (they do the typical anime "magical" transformation with the camera focusing on the chest and rear end) or when enough damage is taken-- their clothes slowly get ripped up and fall off.  (you can skip all these cut scenes instantly with X) I haven't tried the other modes and since I am playing this at work, I'm afraid to.   :lol

The game is pretty easy to play, but there's no English that I've seen anywhere.  Will definitely be surprised if this gets localized.

Wipeout's load times are acceptable if you're playing it at home. You probably don't have time for them if you're trying to get some quick gaming in during your commute.

They're like a minute at most. Not bad if you're sitting in a doctor's office or on break for a quick race. If you're wanting pick-up-and-go gameplay,  I can't really think of a game on the system with fast loads for that purpose.

Picked up SFxTK from the Vita anniversary sale for $20.  I know the load times on digital versions can be 1-2 seconds longer, but I swear I'm noticing performance issues, too- in training mode I noticed slowdown that I did not see in the cart version.  Glad I haven't sold that off yet.

Ridge Racer and Sonic Transformed both have faster load times than Wipeout.  Get Sonic Transformed.  It's the best racer on Vita.

I didn't get any slowdown in SF x TK but I've seen some small framedrops.

It seems like the download version stuttered a little more than the cart version, which is weird since there should be no difference.  But it's fine and I sold the cart version to my co-worker.  Need to force myself to go digital for DOA5+ too.

i have five 32 gig cards. Please hand back my crown you filthy Dirt People. Oh and to answer the follow on questions - yes, they are pretty much full.

As for SoulSac - i've only played another 10 missions or so and have been grinding a bit before the wife starts to play catch up. Not much to add from the demo - it's pretty hot, seems to have a ton of levels, a metric ton of magics and the action is great. The ground texture is still largely botched - seems a little cleaner but still there.

Really everyone is claiming how's it a godly game etc. Me being not fond of PS2/PS3 style rpgs with their 'stylish' huds and radars and the ever overfocus on combat can't believe that I would like this game.. yet I'm still intrigued.

It's far from perfect (it is ghetto as fuck in many ways due to the low budget) and you spend literally hours at a time without combat. When you do enter a dungeon though, that's basically ALL you do
