I got to annoyed by those packs cluttering up my steam library that I pretty much stopped doing them. Seems like the packs that had 2-3 of the really good games don't happen anymore.

Just set up a category in your games list for games you specifically don't want to know you own anymore.

Hm, I already have a category for 3rd rate Indie junk. Maybe the size of it just keeps me reminded that I don't actually play all this shittie Indie games and I therefore stopped buying the packs   :lol

Valve still needs to get their shit together regarding game collection organisation, could be much better imo

Humble Weekly Sale THQ: https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly
-$1+:  Darksiders + Red Faction Armageddon (+DLC)
-Beat the average:  Darksiders 2 + Red Faction Guerrilla

Humble Mobile bundle (Android only): https://www.humblebundle.com/
-Contre Jour, Anomaly Korea, Plants vs Zombies, Bladeslinger
-BTA: Metal Slug 3 and The Room

(the "average' for the THQ bundle will likely drop by a lot, like last time)

Those two are worth the asking price by themselves. Thomas Was Alone is a PS+ freebie so I should try that some weekend.

Thomas Was Alone did not impress me (too finicky physics) but it impressed others and hey, it's free

I'm mainly interested whether I should bother with inputing all the codes into steam and if they're worth spending time on. Very nice that they give you separate steam keys now however.

That's a great bundle. Capsized was a little bit of a letdown, but Hotline, Awesomenauts and Thomas Was Alone are all great stuff. Dear Esther is a nice little 2 hour experience. A literary tour rather than a game.

Humble Bundle Deep Silver
https://www.humblebundle.com/

Any price:
-Saints Row The Third
-Saints Row 2 (heard there's a patch out there to fix the PC version)
-Risen 2
-Sacred 2 Gold

Beat average/$4.44
-Saints Row 3 DLC
-Dead Island GOTY

$25 or more:
-Dead Island Riptide

Coming later, likely under beat the average:
-Metro 2033
-Risen 1
-Sacred Citadel

All steam keys and combined by group, meaning the first four are one key, etc.  +soundtracks.

That's a really good bundle, IMO. Kind of weird you have to beat the average for Saints Row 3 + DLC. So you get 2 copies of SR3? I just bought one for the hell of it.

You can just bump your contribution up a few cents, can't you? That's if you really care about getting the extra stuff though.

Only thing I didn't have was Sacred but at this point I can't help myself. As if I'm going to miss 68p.

These publisher bundles generally have lower averages than the indie ones.  No DRM-free copy, windows only, etc.  The top contributor is "LinuxGamers love ports" lol.

i don't mind the three quid i paid for risen 2. i probably would never have played it if i just snapped it up in a grab bag, which would've been a shame since i'm loving it like a warty hooker.

So yeah, how do I get the SR3 DLC? When I used the code, nothing about SR poped up. I got Dead Island find and all. I already had SR3 by the way(from the THQ one no less).

Edit-NVM, I'm an idiot, it's there.

Really wish they had'em with separate keys though. Would have liked to give out a copy of SR3.

You can adjust the amount per developer by clicking the arrow beside "Developers". Not sure if that's a new feature to the HIB or I just noticed it this time around.

On another note three of the non-BTA games have Steam cards (16 drops). Assuming you didn't own any beforehand and you pay the minimum for the Steam keys it seems quite possible to earn back the $1 in Steam credit or at least close to it.

If you aren't going to buy it full price on Steam within the first two months, you're not going to buy it outside of a massive sale or an indie bundle.

Edit: Shelter is hardcore artsy and about an hour long.
