So my car is in the shop.

I'm in the suburbs so I can't go anywhere without a car.

But I can't walk anywhere because nothing is within walking distance except the generic assortment of malls, strip malls, and burger joints.

They have sealed off all shortcuts so it's impossible to to get around by walking without taking the long way around.

I am in the 4th largest city in the USA and there is almost nothing to do.

Kill me.
