These are two pretty valuable resources for those of us who want to keep building kick ass lv 70 characters.
First of all, one of the best ways to stack damage is to focus on elemental damage, like with my demon hunter here:
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Triumph-1211/hero/5189519Grenades and Cluster Arrow are both fire skills, so we want to focus on gear that has bonuses to fire skills. Bracers and Amulets will roll + elemental skill dmg all day, but if you want it on other pieces of gear you're gonna have to get lucky and get legendaries that have those bonuses. If only there was a readily available resource...

You can tell that I got lucky with drops, specifically that Cindercoat- it really makes the build run, as it not only simultaneously buffs fire skill damage, but REDUCES the cost of fire skills, letting me spam more cluster arrows to burninate things to death. It's not even a lv 70 item but the only way I would replace it is with a lv 70 Cindercoat- it's too important to the build.
I also have a pair of lv 60 Magefists that I will only replace with a lv 70 version, not just because of the fire skill bonus but DAMN look at those fuckers- decent dex, vit, max attack speed and 9 crit chance. UNF.
For whatever reason, not all damage types have access to the same number of options. It's way easier to create a fire build than, say, lightning. Although some class specific items will have lightning skill bonuses, so be sure to check that too.
Here's another guide for lv 70 crafting recipes- if you get one you'll notice that there are legendary ingredients required in order to craft that shit. Well, here's where you can get those legendary crafting mats:
