I've been to a gay club twice with my bro friend, both times we chose to go there cause the music was guaranteed good house mainly and secondly cause there would be no drama.

Both times we had a blast, although we did leave one club early when the dudes starting to take their shirts of.

No. I've only been to one club to see Benny Benassi and Tiesto, separate times. It was a straight/whatever dance club.

I used to go a lot in the 90s to DC gay club Trax.  Thursday night was "College night" with DJ Mohawk Adam spinning goth industrial, Friday was just the generic dance night where you'd have someone in the back spinning underground dance music while the main room was Circuit House, Saturday was Gay Night where it was wall to wall diva house.  Truly fucking amazing times.  It was our default hang out spot.

In the 00s we used to go to Nation's Saturdays (thrown by the same people who did the Trax stuff after Trax shut down) which was gay night.  Always a lot of fun.

Currently though, eh, I don't go out to clubs anymore.  Too old to stay out that late and the days I do stay out that late, my next day is wrecked.

Went to one with a couple female friends who go often. I figured if I dressed as straight as possible - Polo'd up with some old school Jordans - everyone would know I was straight. Nope. But I had a good time. Music was nice, and they only served good drinks. No hard nasty shit people drink to act manly/peer pressure.
