I am going to stop watching these clips and go back through my DVDs.

I feel so old when I realise this show started airing 17 years ago :(

Coming down the stretch of season four.  :(

I like season five, but it's just hard to ignore real life.
- sandwich episode
One thing I love about this is that later in an episode they have stale donuts and Bill also describes them as just like his mother made.

He wasn't?! I need to watch the pilot again.

Rogan isn't the only one who looks completely different, Dave Foley looks like he aged 40 years :( Apparently his wife did some fucked up things to him.

I mean damn, Ms. Alexander was smoking.  I always hoped I'd see more of her, but I guess the best gig she could get since then was on CSI Miami, shame.

Ray Romano was originally supposed to be the handyman character. But he didn't seem to work with the other cast members, so they dumped him and used that random dude for the pilot, then cast Rogan. So Romano had to settle for the millions off Everybody Loves Raymond instead.

No prob, I forgot just how good this show was, randomly looked it up, saw this guy has them all uploaded. Been converting to play on the TV. Looking at picking up the complete set on DVD now, it's only $40 but have seen it gets down around $20 occasionally, put on Amazon wish list so I'll know if it drops. Might grab at $40 anyway. It's on a spindle apparently, so.  :-\

Tons of commentary I read, and quite honest. Andy Dick on a lot of them admitting stuff apparently.

I knew Ray was meant to be in it, just forgot Rogan wasn't in the pilot.

The commentary is awesome, Rogan basically said he did Fear Factor for the money because he thought it was fucking stupid. This was in around 2004-05 IIRC.

I've heard Rogan say that elsewhere, that it paid great and he got to see people do stupid shit. Also a lot of comics who host shows have remarked stuff like that, like Penn has said that hosting a game show is like basically no work compared to what he does in his standard act. I think Drew Carey has said he did the Price is Right because of the pay, his love of the show and that you really don't need to do anything of effort.

Look at everything Howie Mandel has been doing the last few years. Found a second career in these types of things.

EDIT: Speaking of comedians/sitcom stars on game shows.

Dave Foley was fantastic on Celebrity Poker Showdown.

I was just recently thinking about how excellent this show was.

Also how its sad to me that Stephen Root has aged better than Dave Foley.

For some reason, the only celebrity I've legit freaked out over meeting was Dave Foley.  Saw him at the Atlanta airport and did the OMG DO YOU KNOW WHO THIS IS thing. He was visibly annoyed but very gracious.
