BLATANT THEFT OF CRIMINAL UPPER'S GAF OT:

Double Dragon Neon is a frickin' awesome XBLA/PSN re-imagining of the original tubular arcade game, developed by the slick dudes at WayForward Technologies, with
supervision from Yoshihisa Kishimoto, the man who created the entire series way back in 1987! This also marks 2012 as Double Dragon's 25th anniversary, and there's no better way to celebrate it than supporting one of the most gnarly arcade franchises of all time!

As a re-imagining, Neon clarifies and fleshes out the DD lore, while still sticking to the rad-ass essentials! The evil Shadow Warriors have kidnapped Marian, a bodacious babe who is incredibly susceptible to punches to the gut. She also happens to be going steady with martial arts master, Bimmy Lee, who (along with his brother, Jimmy) must save Marian from the mastermind behind the Shadow Warriors, Skullmageddon!
Can Bimmy and Jimmy punch, kick and walk to the right to their way to victory? Can they possibly find enough hair gel for their radical do's? Team up with a buddy online or locally to find out! Does anyone remember that song, safety dance?

Bimmy and Jimmy have a variety of moves to start out with; including punches, kicks, throws and holds, but they also have a whole host of new manuevers at their disposal!

The Lee Bros can now juggle enemies between each other, and use the rad power of martial arts to their fullest potential! Air combos are now also possible!

A DD mainstay, the variety of weapons have expanded greatly, including planks of wood, grenades, swords, sais and nunchucks!

Similar to Super Double Dragon's counter system, Neon lets you dodge and counter enemy attacks and punch them right in their stupid loser faces!

DD Neon introduces a new gameplay system revolving around Bimmy and Jimmy slapping each other's hands in a bodacious high five! But when one player sets it up, it's up to the other to finish it! By hitting different directions, you can either take energy away from your partner and keep it for yourself, siphon it to each other so you're both equal, or even take energy away from both of you! Make sure you both play nice!

Littered throughout each mission are hidden bonus stages that will task Bimmy and Jimmy with collecting as much loot as possible! Be on the look out for breakable doors or entranceways, as you can then spend that money on stuff in the shop!

New to Double Dragon is the ability to splurge on new moves, combos, and upgrades for either Bimmy or Jimmy by using in-game currency!

Billy and Jimmy can equip one Mixtape Move at any given time, and when their elecricity bar is full, they can unleash bombs, lightning strikes, bulldoze the screen with a destructive tackle, or summon a giant fire-breathing dragon! These moves can also be leveled up throughout the game!

Double Dragon Neon will bust onto PSN September 11th, and for a limited time,
will be absolutely FREE for PS+ users! The game then comes out the following day on Xbox Live Arcade! The game is $9.99 on PSN normally, and 800 Microsoft points on XBLA! That's a great price and you deserve to be kicked in the butt if you don't buy it!
Lots of bogus dudes have hated on this game since day one, but this being Double Dragon's 25th Anniversary, and if you're really into beat em' ups and classic franchises, you owe it to yourself to support this game as Majesco and WayForward have said they'd love to make a sequel if Neon performs well!
