It's a Limited Edition, you better preorder to make sure you get a copy, Himu. 
I don't buy physical copies because steam version doesn't work with disc versions, which means I'd have to rebuy the base game and every expansion I have on disc.
Which is why I haven't played Supernatural or Seasons yet because EA are being cunts who won't put them on Steam despite the rest of the Sims 3 series being on the store.
