Punk is the worst witness for his defense possible

He at one point was crying on the stand and the judge called a recess to let him compose himself (this seemed to be over his decision to quit after getting mad that he was eliminated from the Rumble sooner than expected due to a concussion as he labeled his judgement in 2014 as "poor"
Admits that The Lump wasn't on his back but on his ass and doesn't know why he said back so many times. This is likely why no one could see it in any photos or video.

There's a long history of Punk complaining about frequent and constant headaches, doctors wanting to treat him for depression issues. This combined with Punk's emotional outbursts and crying on the stand raises some real questions about his brain health particularly with a fucking MMA fight in a few days.
Amman did give Punk Z-Paks without a prescription at Punk's request. Due to the brand split, there are two doctors and they don't always contact each other about what treatments are given to what wrestler, so Punk had hit up both doctors who were both treating him without knowing it.
Amman admits he wasn't impacted at WWE through this thing, that he never sought treatment for emotional issues or damages, that he slept 8 hours a night, but still wants emotional damages awarded to him

The Smackdown doctor said he did put heat packs below Punk's belt line on his back, Punk disputes that. The doctor also says Punk never mentioned the lump to him, he didn't see a lump, and Punk never requested to have it cut out by any staff as far as he knows
