Pros:
Our long national nightmare is over and the main event scene of Raw can return to a semblance of normalcy and meaning
Joe/AJ can still have a great match in them 15 years later
Judo throws are awesome
Not having Alexa dominate Ronda like she did with Nia Jax
Miz winning with brass knux hidden in tits like it's 1987
The crowd cheering and chanting you deserve it at the close ups of Charlotte crying after her BFF turned on her

Show actually ended at 11PM instead of dragging on another half hour
Cons:
A half hour of Dolph Ziggler, especially to start the show when everyone is at their most excited and hopeful
Multiple segments for the Bellas who aren't even talent anymore and are both essentially retired
Jeff Hardy, who recently did an interview talking about how wrecked his body was that he doesn't do the swanton on house shows anymore to help extend his career a little, does a swanton bump on the apron (note, Matt has been quietly retired by WWE and moved into an
agent/creative role because his body is also wrecked) in a mid card title match, then whatever the fuck Orton's appearance was all about
Multiple full blown squash matches. Especially hilarious for THE DEMON, as Balor didn't bring it out for the Rumble or WM, various other heated rivalries or title matches in the past year, but did for a squash match against Baron Corbin who is wearing a shirt and vest in the ring now

I'm trying to really pin point the major difference between NXT and main roster. It's not just that the NXT roster is hungrier, and it's not just the difference in booking philosophies. NXT certainly has the luxury of finality for matches that the main roster doesn't have, but I think it's the main roster focuses on MOMENTS, whereas NXT focuses on big spots to be the memorable thing in the match. The Ricochet/Adam Cole superkick thing would get more focus on Ricochet kicking out and Cole's/fan reaction instead of the superkick itself if it happened on a main roster show.
