And I think Tony Khan is in the Vince position of over all decision maker.
Of course none of these people have any experience in creative or booking of a wrestling promotion. Having 3 different bookers for different divisions sounds like it would explain why the shows are so disconnected and there's no overall vision.
Singles division: No clear contenders for the world title, guy who took the number one contender to 19 minutes of a 20 minute match on the last show wasn't on or even mentioned on this show, Kenny/Moxley seemed to be the top feud despite neither being near the title picture and now with Kenny 0-2 and Moxley out indefinitely there's nothing going on for main scene right now. Cody booking himself in full blown HHH matches with the entrances and blood and fuckery gimmickry, but also doing draws with low card guys who then go on to do random hardcore matches while he goes on to do co-main events arguably the match with the most build on the entire card. Random deathmatches for lulz.
Tag division: The Bucks booking themselves with the Lucha Bros 3 out of 4 shows, for another companies tag titles, and gimmick matches because they're cool, while the other tag teams get to be in the mid card or on the pre show to get into a tag tournament for AEW tag titles.
Women's divison: Kenny has a hard on for the joshi chicks (one of whom he's dating) and puts them on the PPV in a number one contender match while all the non Japanese women are in a battle royale on the pre show for the same spot. Despite no one knowing who the joshi girls are and people were straight up yawning in the front rows during that match

Never mind that the booking to crown the first women's champ is exactly the same booking they did to set up the Jericho/Page match
"We won't start storylines until TV" is the dumbest shit. You need storylines going INTO TV.
