The Funny Pics thread used to be one of the best on the OT. TDM had a strong hand in ruining it, whether through simp moderation or just turning it into another random bullshit post whatever and have a hugbox chat guys and gals!! thread like whatever Real Pic January is. That alone means that the place is worse off for having him around.
On the real though, you've got dudes defending racist shit like that Nazi salute garbage, or just complete moronic posting that contribute nothing else (Computer fitting into both those catagories). You've got dudes that go into complete meltdown over Nintendo/Sony sales numbers. You've got creepy perverts and weirdos and future child molesters.
But no, let's just ban the ones who say distinguished black fellow or taco and the ones who won't suck EL's dick when he comes to Europe. And the ones we think work for MS (but not Major Nelson? 
) because of e-fame and distinguished mentally-challenged Sam Jackson gifs.
Let me preface this by saying that I'm not really trying to undermine your sentiment, I'm just not sure what's actionable there. Whether you think we fairly adhere to this standard or not (and I would assume that you don't), the general goal in banning people is to try to enforce clearly laid out rules and standards. Stuff like "is kind of a creep," "is kind of a worthless poster," "cares too much about their favorite game company's sales" isn't really actionable. Our goal (again, you might disagree with whether or not we succeed at this) isn't really to make qualitative assessments about overall post quality and ban people we think are shitty. Such subjective assessments about contribution will invariably influence banning, but the goal really isn't to decide "this person sucks" and write "you suck" ban reasons while issuing bans.
And -- for what I would assume would be obvious reasons -- I'm not going to comment other people's actions (in reference to you alluding to bish and EviLore).
In closing, I'll just accept that I suck anyway because this thread doesn't need these long, shitty posts from me. I don't really like commenting on GAF moderation anyway because I don't think it's really beneficial for me or this site, but for whatever reason, I felt like commenting now despite knowing that it's stupid and I'm consequently stupid for doing it.
