Yeah I'm sure nobody in Euroland, South America, or the middle-east has a modded console or pirates PC games. Outside of the US and maybe Japan, everything really is only available through piracy unless you pay to import physical copies.
Yes, but the point is: GAF bans for open-talk of piracy. But mostly for games. Either they need to do it for everything (film, tv, movies, games, etc) or don't do it. Some people get away with it because they're talking about anything
not video-games and it's a double-standard of GAF's moderation.
I'm not generally one to snitch on people pirating (because hey, I've done it myself) but again: if GAF is gonna ban over it, it should be everything.
Lovingsteam, if you feel like being a dick, have time to waste and dont mind ending off your GAF stay like a true manchild, make an inquiry to Jelsoft asking if you can remove their powered by branding on a normal lifetime licence and link to GAF as an example. Worst case, nothing happens, Evilore already has a branding licence, best case you out him $120 out of pocket for an upgraded licence.
That will surely teach him.

I feel so lost
He means Evilore removed the copywrite of the board software and since it's a licensed board that has to be paid-for to use the software the terms state you can't remove the copywrite (IIRC), which means legal action according to Momo or whatever. I doubt Jelsoft cares but it can't hurt if you wanted to cause an annoyance I guess?
