I was here when we first did this thing in 2006 and we took smilies straight from other places including the flag smilies. None of the early smilies like

were.made on the bore. So to pretend otherwise and make exceptions for coli smilies is illogical. Outside of stuff like :lenowned or smug Drake most of our smilies were NEVER made on the bore.

Can we chalk this up to racism or is this too early

I propose the following to attempt to get this under control:

- Allow whatever emoticon images you mouthbreathers want, within reason
- Disallow adding ones that are blatantly SHIT (and you know which ones those are)
- Keep emoticon images within a respectable size ratio; no distinguished mentally-challenged GIANT HEADS AND BODIES, just save us the trouble and post the hosted picture instead so you're not wasting my bandwidth
- Additions should be made among a group of unanimous voting results, no instantaneous additions -- quality over quantity, I say, and why I wanted to cut back on these images in the first place

Are there any issues or additions to be made with this?
