Wind Walker isn't terrible. I enjoyed it at the time but it really is a low tier Zelda. However I don't think what that image said is true. At least over here when it came out we all thought TP made WW its bitch and most of us haven't PLAYED SS because it looks like shit. Maybe I dont think that meme is true because it certainly isn't true for me as a Zelda fan. Been playing Zelda since 1990 and the only I've disliked is 2.

I believe Wind Waker was put out kind of unfinished? Like it was missing a couple of dungeons or something. Fun game but the triforce hunt padding at the end was balls.

I thought the light/dark world mechanic was done worse in the game than just about any of the subsequent games, and at times was pretty annoying. Obviously I haven't played the game in ages, but at the time it made me roll my eyes.

Whereas to me the seasons/time parallels in the Capcom games were better thought out, the dungeons were more challenging, etc.
