Here's a bunch of stuff I saw at e3
Xbone controller - the new force feedback added under the triggers (as well as what's in the handles) will have some interesting uses, it's already well implemented in Forza. The change in weight distribution makes it feel a lot lighter, but I was told it's actually slightly heavier. Hard to tell how the new dpad will work since it wasn't used but it feels like it is an improvement. Otherwise it's better than ever and will be perfect for PC
PS4 contoller - the handles are longer, and the new curved triggers are fantastic. But it still has "those" sticks. If it had the Xbox controller sticks, I think I'd like it better than the Xbox controller, it feels really comfortable and light.
nVidia Shield - posted my impressions in the other thread, really liked it despite the weight.
gamez
Forza 5 - Felt very similar to Forza but the addition of different vibration under the triggers as well as the handles was pretty cool and very noticeable.
Crimson Dragon - more Panzer Dragoon style gameplay, wanted to play more than the single stage provided.
Titanfall - probably one of the best things I saw, it's very fast paced and the transition between mechs + foot combat is very quick. The maps are a bit more vertical than most shooters, but still felt a little small after seeing Destiny.
Ryse - looks good but very generic and scripted (which may have been by design for the show). Typical launch game.
Kinect Sports Rivals - could tell that the new Kinect is better at recognising fine movement, and it's a deeper motion controlled game but still feels like something from 3 years ago
Some golf game by Zoe Mode - Everybody's Golf style game that doesn't look any better than an Xbox 360 game.
Drive Club - Big PGR vibe with scoring for drifts etc, but with competitions on different sections of track and the obvious team based racing. Only 35% done and 30fps, but didn't look like much. Another typical launch game.
Killzone whatever -
Infamous PS4 - Looked the most next gen out of all the PS4 games I saw, tried to hold 60fps with a lot of destruction going on.
Rain (PS3) - Arty stealth adventure game, was very interesting
Mario 3D World - Taking away the emphasis on co-op/"competitive" play, this was quite good. Some very simple levels but also some very challenging ones. Would certainly pick it up if I had a Weeooooo
Wonderful 101 - Looks interesting but wasn't much fun to play in the short time I had. Would probably be ok for $20
Wind Waker HD - Waggle (optional) to look through the telescope

Also was jaggy

Still it's Wind Waker so

:
Pikmin 3 - Even the new Nintendo couldn't screw this up, was very good
Donkey Kong - surprisingly interesting despite the fact it's full of waggle
Cloudberry Kingdom - unforgiving random multiplayer platformer with a ton of customisation.
Sonic Worlds - The best Sonic game in years? Faint praise I know but it's playable which is more than can be said for past Sonic games
Dying Light - yet another zombie surival game but there's an emphasis on escape & movement. Very fluid like Mirrors Edge, and 60fps, one of the better looking next gen games I saw.
Mad Max - Avalanche open world game

. Lots of car customisation (engines, brakes, wheels etc) as well as vehicle armour. Map looked absolutely huge but not sure how much variety in objectives there could be.
South Park - lots of fart jokes and looks exactly like the show
Saints Row IV - Very much Saints Row 3 with Crackdown super powers. Should be incredible

Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z - yet another zombie game, but this one doesn't take itself too seriously, it's super fast and the art style is great.
COD Ghosts - underwater level & remote control dog. GOTY
Destiny - Looks to be borrowing a lot of stuff from MMOs, like public events and coloured, tiered loot (common, rare etc). The one thing it has over Titanfall is the openess of the world. Oh and it also has a /dance command just like WOW

Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare - more shooter than tower defense, wasn't expecting much and was still disappointed.
Dead Rising 3 - everything is great until they start talking about the drone/artillery strikes. Still some light heartedness with the costumes (womens clothing, mascot outfits) but the story is meant to be more "mature".
Disney Infinity - one of the biggest surprises of the show for me, I was pretty impressed with it. It's nothing like Skylanders at all, each playset has it's own self contained game that lasts 6-10 hours, which is used with the same disc. You can put any of the characters into each set, they all have 2 player co-op and there are power up coins/tokens that you can use on each character as well. There's also a Toybox mode, which is Little Big Planet crossed with Minecraft, and each new playset adds more items to the Toybox. This mode is also available to 4 players, and there's all the sharing/uploading options that you'd expect. I can see this being huge for those who have kids, either playing co-op or building their own worlds to play int. It's more much more interesting than Skylanders and I don't think they're comparable at all besides the figures.
