its almost a 80's/90's all star villain list (missing only Brion James).  I remember this well, as it must have comprised about 10% of the cable channel's TNT's programming throughought the back half of the 90's.

Rutger Hauer and F. Murray Abraham really should have had better careers.

When TNT started getting actual popular movies (and five thousand hours of procedurals) rather than just running whatever garbage or random film they dragged out of the vault to air, especially late at night, was the day a part of humanity died.

American Psycho on TBS was always a favorite because of how it was like a summarized version and only ever aired after 1AM.
