Brian Eno said it best... Only 10,000 people bought the first VU album, but they all started bands.  Hands down one of the most influential artists in American rock history.  Fuuuuuuck.  The feels today, man.  The feels.

I love getting up early on Sundays and playing this song. I've been making this a tradition in our household ever since my daughter was born.

I met Lou at a record signing in Seattle when he was touring for that Raven album. Really nice man.
