I have been invited to a swingers club

My office is only a few blocks away from this "upscale" swingers club (it has a nice website and thats all I'm going to attribute its upscale quality to, can't imagine its nice on the inside), and I started chatting up some girl at an after-party one night where she mentioned she was a part of said club.  Told her I worked close and didn't even realize it was a swingers club until a few weeks ago

lo and behold about a week later I get an invite for it

I am not gonna join because I'm steadily dating a gal right now and the whole idea kinda sleazes me out, but it just kinda shocked me how easy it seems for people in this city to get into one and how many people seemingly take part in one.  Anyone here ever gone to one of these things?

I wrote a research paper on swinging back in college for my Deviance class. I ended up interviewing a bunch of couples that are in the scene. Pretty nice people, but I just can't find it appealing.

The weird thing is, single guys aren't typically welcome.

From what this girl told me, single guys aren't typically found there because the door/membership fee is so much higher than a single female or a couple's fee.  And for good fucking reason.  Pathetic dudes wanting to get their dick wet without considering that people there for the most part are genuinely into the lifestyle and enjoy the company probably just as much as the fucking
