On Tuesday, Mr. Galifianakis will welcome President Obama to the comedy show that he has turned into an Internet cult favorite by making his guests feel awkward and uncomfortable.

The interview with the president, which was recorded two weeks ago, is to debut online at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The show’s creators at the website, Funny or Die, are keeping its contents secret until then. White House aides who have seen the six-and-a-half-minute conversation with Mr. Obama say it is in keeping with the show’s spirit.

Mike Farah, the executive producer of “Between Two Ferns,” said the website’s creators approached the White House with the idea last summer after Mr. Obama reached out to Hollywood for help with the health care rollout. Mr. Farah said Mr. Obama was a good sport.

“I have to give the president credit that they were willing to trust us,” he said. “They were definitely easier than working with most Hollywood publicists.”

Early part was pretty lame Obama was playing it too in on the joke, but it got better towards the end. (Absent the dumb healthcare.gov plug obviously, which was just the price of doing business.) Liked the ending after Obama pushed the button.

Of course, I do prefer the ones in general where it's Zach just saying objectionable things over the ones where he spars with somebody. Since that's how it started AND IT SLIGHTLY CHANGED NOW IT SUCKS MASSIVELY ALWAYS APPLIES.
