I've been able to witness one of my favorite bands of all time tonight.  Life is pretty good right now.

I caught them weekend one, but in all honesty I was there waiting for The Knife. Which was probably the defining moment of my life to this point. So I totally get how you feel.

I cant listen to such popular music. Everyone heard Alex Chilton on Rock Band 2. It was my band. My song. Now everyone knows it. Ugh. Now I have to find a new band to listen to at Coachella.

There wasn't a stream unfortunately  I'm hoping the Shaking the Habitual Show will end up on DVD ala Silent Shout.

They're doing a real short tour adjacent to Coachella. I'm thinking of flying out to the Denver or Chicago shows to catch them again if I finish this work project fast enough.

It's not a traditional performance tho, in a very good way. If you're a Knife stan like me you'll love it and it's worth the effort to get out to see them if at all possible. Probably the only show I've ever taken pictures at. Transcendent.
