Getting into the Giant Bomb panel was a clusterfuck, wasn't it? Glad I left early.

Coolest thing was the 8 player Steel Battalion Xbox1 LAN they had setup in the corner of the console free-play area. 

I wanted to try out the Oculus somewhere and found one at the Elite Dangerous booth but I'm pretty sure I would've caught pinkeye or something.

As a big fan of GB it was disappointing. They might of been better off not having a panel. And fuck the enforcers at this place. So much contradictory statements from all of them. And of course since they have "power" they are fucking rude as fuck.

I played a game with Randy pitchford of gearbox as we talked about Homeworld. Then some of the guys from Shipbreakers (homeworld) showed up and did live painting. Got to meet them and learned they worked on the original games.

Before this is over we should all get dinner or drinks together again.

I got fucking wasted on Friday night at the saints row party. Then had BBQ.... (Because I couldn't find anyone even when I called)

Saturday night I had planned to see Norm Macdonald and saw the gspot crew because Dan brought them. After looking for parking for an hour I went out to a club called the Kremlin. Where there was the cheapest bottle service I'd ever seen. Some chic's were promoting safe sex and handing out condoms and vibes dressed in angel and devil outfits. I was appropriately wearing my red shirt. Ended up hobbling to my hotel and crashed hard.

Last night was nuts at the Alamo ice house. We gambled and drank $2 pints, all in all a great night watching wwe. I got so shit faced that walking back was kind of an issue. I've been nursing the toilet since off and on.

I've had no luck with service here, but data seems to work more reliably. I tried calling your guys hotel to leave a message. I'm sorry guys  :'(

I'm getting my ass together to get out of here. It was a pleasure to meet yalls. Next year will be bigger and better and have more bore members!

We went here with Bz driving - thanks again - this place was ALRIGHT, but all the good shit was of course behind the counter on shelves where I cant even see the prices. If it was anything like their booth at PAX, it wasnt worth caring for. Regardless, I didnt want to leave empty handed, so I picked up:

- Wild ARMs 3
- Legaia 2
- Genma Onimusha (the Xbox version)
- Onimusha 2
- Onimusha 3

For about $60. Not the best price, but could be worse.

We did stop at another place, which I dont have the name of unfortunately. This place was AMAZING. Crammed wall to wall full of games. Literally any rare expensive game you wanted, they had. Unfortunately, this place was run by hoarder ebay reseller assholes who knew what they were doing. We asked about a copy of Majora's Mask (loose) and was immediately thrown a price of $100. I shot a look at everyone and was like - "we out" - made small talk with them to get a feel, and they just came across as stuck up dickrubbers. I didnt even want to bother looking, nothing was priced and I certainly wasnt going to sit there for 20 minutes asking prices for individual games.

I know Bz took pictures of this place, so maybe he can post when he is able to.

I would have recommended seeing a movie at the Drafthouse if you guys don't have one where you're from(it's in the same shopping center as Game Over) but pretty much every movie out right now sucks ass.

I've never had Whataburger until ths weekend. I dont know what is the "to get" here, so I got two things - a double, and later on while eating with some Gearbox employees, a chicken sandwich.

Place is ok... I'd say its probably better than Five Guys for sure, mostly because I think Five Guys proportions are out of wack.

Not the most enticing place, but its up there with Wendys for sure.

The #1(with cheese and bacon), Whatachicken, that gimmick A1 burger, chicken strips with toast and gravy...

It's actually a pretty boring burger compared to a greasy/flashy In and Out or Five Guys but it's dependable, not too expensive, the restaurants are usually clean and hospitable and it doesn't feel actively toxic like trash tier burgers at McDonalds/Burger King/Jack in the Box.

San Antonio is a really nice place, at least the area we were in, so I wouldnt mind if PAX was there again. Apparently there is a much bigger venue being built?

My main issues with PAX were:

- Lack of particpants, the only big guys were Gearbox and Nintendo
- Small venue. Everything to see was pretty much right there. The tabletop/Magic area was way bigger and nobody really used that.
- Panels were wholly uninteresting.

Award for worst thing I saw at PAX:

The Gearbox crew I got to hang out with and meet were all awesome. Didnt get to meet Randy, but I'm not really about that hand shaking fake life. I talk to the real heroes, yo.
