I've never liked Halo, at most I played through most of them (except 4) and played multiplayer for a week each but I was always like 'nope' after. I didnt hate it it was just very middling to me.

Guys, I bought a Dreamcast for Sonic Adventure, so in the grand scheme of things I take one of the ultimate Ls when it comes to buying a console for a game that doesnt quite live up to the billing. Least I didnt buy a PS2 for The Bouncher

No regrets though, Dreamcast had my favorite games ever.

I'd agree with your Halo assessments. Although for me Halo 2 was a big let down, it was too small and focused after the wide open areas of Halo. I also didn't have broadband when it came out so I missed out on it's best feature, it's MP.

I don't care what you say about the single player, but Halo 2 mp was amazing. The series has never topped Halo 1 or 2's mp. It's just gotten worse with each game.

Dunno Shaka, I think it's a legit opinion on the One, I'd consider one too if it was 299 with 4 games, just as the OG box in Europe. But even then I'm not sure cause the OG box was the most powerful console and that combined with the western games and online was the draw for me. Now Bone is worse technically then the PS4 and online and western game exist on both.

MS needs to decide now how committed they are to the Xbox brand and bite the bullet to keep them relevant (in Europe), if they don't go big at Gamescon then I think the writing is on the wall for the whole brand.
