I don't see it as dismissive. More... uninformed, though. "I didn't see these things happen because anytime I was mentioned, I was generally treated with respect." A similar line she used for OA. Naw, it's dismissive. I told her "this is what's up, this is what they are doing" and she's like "well they treated me well" or whatever. It's just ridiculous. Reddit deleted the sub for a reason. They actively use people's photos in the header without permission and do other forms of blatant harassment. I think the gay evangelical comparison is spot on.

Though I don't remember his PoliGAF schtick as well as the Kobe one. I think it was something like accusing anyone who didn't praise Obama on everything of being a racist. Be they GOPer, socialist, Cornell West, etc.
