Last strike was within a day, 50% of the missiles missed and the rest hit fortified bunkers with minimal damage to runway. I would personally not be upset if Trump destroyed state buildings in Damascus.

Yeah it is definitely something that there doesn't seem to be a silver bullet solution to.

And it also doesn't help that the vast majority of the long-term addiction treatment industry is a fucking farce based on a cocktail of 1930's pop religious pseudoscience.

That's no fault of our drug enforcement laws, then, that's our broken pharmaceutical industry, patent laws, etc. I can make hemp oil at home with isopropyl alcohol, a coffee filter, and a rice cooker.
Edit: now that I think about it more, maybe legalizing marijuana would improve costs because of how hard it is to synthesize THC.
