there are explanations why the carnivore diet has worked for some people. it's not a long term solution and it's a bit irresponsible of them to promote it but if we believe she was suffering like she was, and there are other people that suffer like that then even a short term solution is better than nothing for those people

Yeah you fucking Vagina because maybe she got so desperate for a solution and this gave it to her that she truly believes it can help other people. She's not the first person to promote this, and there are so many people that suffer from digestion issues.

My years trying to be vegetarian can attest to it. I started to suffer with IBS, that feeling of being uncomfortable in your own skin and not really knowing why. It was awful. I switched out and started eating tons of red meat and immediately felt 100% better.

I eat a balanced diet now but still, I can understand when someone goes from feeling like shit to feeling great how that can be some type of a transcendental moment. They're promoting this as an immediate solution for people that suffer her issues without any other solution.

I know, hilarious at first, but I have seen people that can tolerate certain hard liquors despite having all kinds of allergies and digestion problems. It has to do with fermentation or how it's made. Beer can totally fuck someone with IBS yet hard liquor is tolerable. This is actually pretty well known, and is more common than you think.

Since you guys aren't familiar with this stuff since you don't actually walk outside your houses you think it's an outrageous claim. Especially since the way you REEs view everything is through a particular lens of maliciousness.

Well, that's true and I know about that, but if your body supposedly can't even handle dried peppers or any other plants, it's a miracle you can ingest alcohol, which is inflammatory.

Gut microbes are finicky little fuckers.

I remember I used to not eat any time I knew I was going out. I couldn't eat before drinking, and I couldn't drink beer. I tended to stick to hard liquor all night which then of course lead me to black out drunk by the end of the night. For the longest time I thought this was normal of course. If I ate before going out I'd feel weird, and if I drank on top of it the pain in my stomach was so bad I would feel uncomfortable.  I just threw my hands up as if it is what it is so I didn't eat.

Clearly, the microbes in my gut were out of whack. In my case luckily it was just my diet. Not everyone is fit for specific diets, and the old principle of a balanced diet worked out well for me.

My own experiences, a long with especially seeing close friends suffer from digestion problems has led me to never fully doubt someones issues and how crazy they can be. I've seen vegan friends start tearing after a meal. Like, emotionally, for NO FUCKING REASON other than their blood sugar levels spiking uncontrollably. This shit happens.
