Not sure how the masked group was so easily identified tbh, though they weren't the only ones participating. Antifa appeared to be the main agitators who were present waving large flags, and are believed to be the ones responsible for the other incidents such as the pepper spraying of a woman wearing a 'Make Bitcoin Great Again' hat and the attacks a little further away. The idea that it was right-wingers or Milo's grand plan seems fairly specious.
Kept open a long stream of the event that was filmed while walking around and the crowd was cheering them, in the case of the bonfire booing the police when it was extinguished. I mean, when there was a guy checking on a man believed to be a Trump supporter laying unconscious in the outer perimeter and had to tell others "I'm not a neo-nazi" just to appease those around him

Those types should be weeded out from the get-go tbh.
