It's not the PAC money. Biden represents a safe choice for the many people who don't want Trump in the white house but are scared of Bernie. It's like actually voting for Obama for a third term. My worry is that so far biden's making a lot of Hillary Clinton-esque statements that show an apathy to people that come to him. Yet he expects you to vote for him.
