The Chomsky book has some very disappointed reviews because it's about his linguistics.

I have always been interested in these "introducing" books. at first, I just thought that they were for old philosophers and psychologists. I had always wondered if there would be one of these books with chomsky... then I found it! i couldn't wait to read it. what a fool I was. for almost the entire book, its about chomsky on linguistics which, by the way, MADE NO SENSE AT ALL!!!!! it was just so confusing, which was the whole point of making an introduction in the first place! then when thats FINALLY over they suposedly "go over his political views" which is HAVE AS LONG AS THE OTHER PART!!! it only 46 PAGES!!! and it still doesn't explain anything! oh well, at least theres "chomsky for beginners" they do the same thing as the "introducing" series but I've looked over this one and it does look A LOT better. the back of the cover explained more than this entire book!!!

This book was written by a literal communist who’s bias makes this book more of an opinion piece. The author is Stuart Hood who was a member of multiple Communist parties in the UK, which accounts for his extreme hate for the Right in this book. I would not recommend this book at all if you want a non bias account of fascism.

“In light of material irregularities pertaining to the process of integrating early votes into the in-person precinct caucus results, we request that you” release early and in-person votes, correct “errors identified by presidential campaigns” and “explain anomalies in the data,” Buttigieg’s national ballot access and delegate director Michael Gaffney wrote in the letter sent late Saturday.

Buttigieg's campaign is not challenging Bernie Sanders’ runaway win in the state. Instead, the Buttigieg camp is pointing to the battle further down the standings.

“Given how close the race is between second and third place, we ask that you take these steps before releasing any final data,” Gaffney wrote.

yeah that's what anyone that isn't the frontrunner says, this is not something new. i'm still not convinced that is anything to worry about. if those other 5/6 candidates keep splitting the vote, it lessens their chances of taking any delegates.

at the very least all of them staying in til super tuesday seems to do nothing but help bernie from what i can tell.

Because we’ve had 5/6 candidates say that even if Bernie has the most delegates going into Milwaukee, the nomination shouldn’t necessarily be given to him if he doesn’t have 1991.

Even then it helps to keep more candidates in because it pushes more of them below the 15% threshold and means more delegates for Bernie.
