Zuckerberg was pretty open about not wanting to put Facebook in the dangerous position of deciding what the truth is, but two days ago announced they're going to start banning Holocaust denial. When was the last time you heard twitter or Facebook spoken of fondly? I imagine they'd do anything to stem the reputational damage they've been hit with the last four years, and a lawsuit over this will make them look golden.

The Russians in a dastardly scheme went to a PC shop in 2019 to drop off 3 laptops containing incriminating evidence against Hunter Biden.
