I checked babygoats since there's that guy from PA who actually works in the court on there, the one poster (who may be that guy) suspects he's unlikely to get ARD, which now that I stop to think about who it is, he really doesn't have a clean arrest record and the last one was only last year where he had tons of drugs on him and was wandering in the street. Them waiving all the extra charges though doesn't indicate he will get a very large sentence and already has a deal of some kind, he may not even have to register as a sex offender, I know in some instances courts offer you that vs. jail time because people are stupid and don't realize jail time is less of a scarlet letter.
