Thats a really tough, complex question and everyone has a different view on it. Personally, I don’t think gender is 100% a social construct. Maybe a big part of it is, but there is more to it than that. It’s incredibly difficult, really almost impossible to articulate it to someone that isn’t also gender non-conforming. You just...know.

Also it’s huge. I’m black remember?
What are some of the ways you know that you're a woman?

The way I’m able to empathize with a female perspective.  The way I speak.  The way I write.  The way I dress.  The way my female friends respond to me and the way people online respond to me.  But above all that you just know.  I definitely didn’t just wake up one day and go yup I’m definitely a woman.  It took a lot of thinking and a lot of learning a lot of reading and a lot of talking to others.

This used to mean you were just a Theater Major.

Gender non-conforming have existed in many cultures for thousands of years.

Yeah dude, Prince (and Michael Jackson) really pushed the boundaries on what it meant to be a man during that period. Also TVC pushes every boundary in existence until all of them collapse and we are consumed by the uninterpretable chaotic void.

The difference is now Millennials take it to another level, and mainly for the soul purpose of feeling 'special' because for most of them they are anything but special and rather mediocre human beings and this is what defines them.

Like, they're "different" and so they need to be treated delicately by the rest of society. We must all use new pronouns and respect their identity, whichever sex they decide to be at any given moment.

Southeast Asian and Indian region cultures have third gender identities historically. Native American tribes have some of that, but I wouldn't compare that as the same thing.  I feel animalistic/shaministic worldviews are built-in with a transitional or morphic allowance for identity.

You publicly quit GAF in a huff over Mass Effect, made your own blog, and jumped on the train of the next thing to come along so you could be an admin. I'd say that's a lot more effort than mailing in a ballot and having an effect on your city, state and country. It's pretty shameful that the only thing that got you to take any action was children getting murdered in your backyard. I guess it's better than nothing.

Someone in this argument looks ludicrous but it's the guy who got more worked up over a sci-fi video game than making his voice heard and engaging with his country politically, not me. Not to mention you live in a swing state. You honestly should be ashamed of yourself for even trying to defend your behavior.

I’d like a link to this “huff” and where it was made so public. I posted one last time in the Mass Effect community thread on GAF which was a very small community with little exposure, and left. I couldn’t care less if someone does or doesn’t like a game.

The fact that you’re even saying one thing has any effect on going out to vote is absurd. Might as well say “Hey, when you were watching TV shows, hung out at the beach or went to movie theaters, you could have voted”.

Do you really just not see how stupid this sounds?

Nah, you don't get to hide your continued excuses in PM

If you don't realize how much of a shitbag moron you sound like defending not voting we're done talking. Like I said before, I'm glad you decided to finally vote. That's no reason to excuse your terrible behavior before and if you weren't an admin you'd be getting it from everyone else. How dare you so casually admit to not voting IN FLORIDA OF ALL STATES and then call my posting stupid. Shame on you.

I know understand why you see yourself as Newman. You are a sad little coward and you make it worse every time you defend your reprehensible behavior. You are also a liar when it comes to Mass Effect but that really has nothing to do with your absence of morals and any sense of civic duty.

There's a Doc on a guy who is not intersexed, but lives as a woman during the day. He is viewed as this third gender. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the doc, but I want to say it was in Thailand or Laos.

I bought Kingdom Come and encouraged 3 friends to do the same.

The claims against the game and against Vavra are distinguished mentally-challenged.

And yet, baseless as their claims are, they're permabanning anyone for disagreeing with their official administrative stance that Vavra is the devil.

It's pathetic.

Since it seems harder to articulate, do you mind sharing some concrete personal experiences which made you gradually come to the conclusion that you're a woman (in addition to the other things you are)?

spoiler (click to show/hide)
1. It’s deeper. Again, really hard to articulate. But I can empathize with women far more than any man can. I know that sounds like conceited BS but it’s true, and I’m not just pulling it out of my ass.
2. Maybe it is learned. But it’s not like it’s a thing I “practiced” or actively and intentionally tried to do. It’s just something I do.
3. Maybe also learned. I honestly don’t know. Just you know, I mean in the way I primate message and chat and express myself.
4. Of course not. I wore girls clothes WAAAY before I knew I was one. That’s common for most gender non-conforming people that they gravitate towards and experiment with those things at a young age and well into adolescence.
5. My friends and the people in my life accept me for who I am. They treat me like I’m one of them, and behave differently around me than if there are guys around. They express how they feel comfortable around me and that I understand them. To put it bluntly, my friends say “yeah, you’re a woman.” Also, I mean even from transphobes and alt-right I get into arguments with. “Well you definitely sound like a woman.” Stuff like that.
6. I started wearing girls clothes in middle school. Also came out as bi to my whole school. Nerding myself out now, in absolutely any role playing anything with friends always played a girl. Any game where you could pick, I picked female. And I truly wanted to immerse myself in it. I would you know, imagine myself as the characters. At one point, I thought maybe I was trans at one point, but I realized, I didn’t actually hate my body. I felt disphoria but not to an uncomfortable degree. Years later, learned about terms like non-binary. Eventually read about the term bigendered. Read about how many people would basically create two identities, a male one and a female one with their own names, interests and sometimes personality traits that the person wished they could freely express in their whole self. I had done that for years and never really thought deeply about it. And now, Ive become self-actualized about it. Before, I would only express myself as female and embody that in private, usually at night. Then I was able to switch whenever I want. Now I am both, fully, one person. Just me, man and woman.

The AoT finally got a title change, no thanks to Matt. Dunno if they needed Duckroll to come to complain how stupid the OP was.

Can we please stop talking about Cream's penis?

No. Not until we establish if xhe has a ponos or vagoo.

Reset is mentally preparing themselves for the realization that their behavior disgusts people so much that they create reactionary press for those they oppose.

And made Vavra bling bling.

I think he thinks he's saving us from Communism/socalism by extruding the virtues of Madam President while masturbating over her. I dunno... :yeshrug At least he keeps that to himself mostly now a days.

I think it says a lot that a lot of the people who are/went FULL AGGRO on Reset or GAF come here and act (relatively) normal.

Sure, Opiate may be the only recent exception, but users on a similar level, like Jack Remington, have become some of the better posters here.

Edit: Wow, this reads like shit :doge

Guys, we're missing the big picture here. Who cares about all the crap on this page? It's not as important as cream thinking mgs2 is the best in the series.

For shame, borians. To let such a thing pass!

That is not the case. We do take post count into consideration; if vitriol is nearly a quarter of a poster's contribution here then that is an unpromising start.

Please stick to the topic at hand -- if you have questions about moderation feel free to reach out by PM.

so weird to read "reprehensible behavior" used in a negative context when it's benji and white man's posts that keep me coming back here.

Androids don't count.

Also, it's funny how Retstaraa said at the beginning that they're doing away with the Junior Member and Member ranks to discourage elitism, and then proceed to announce they're banning people partly because they are still junior status.  :lol
