Every day I wake up to 6am texts from my boss harassing me about things I did wrong the day before, no matter when I'm actually coming to work or if it's my day off. Completely ruins my day right off the bat because it's gotten to ridiculous levels of micromanagement. So today I just ignored the seven text messages I got and won't respond for the whole weekend. Didn't even read them. Feels... good, man.

I know it's easier said than done but consider searching a position anywhere else. Sounds absolutely unhealthy even to me and I'm the "always on duty" type.

I think the correct level of escalation is to just ask her to text me less but I don't really feel like doing that. It should be obvious I'm not paid nearly enough to be on call!
