And new gaf is so different as to be unrecognizable, it's either just doing what we do here or earnest hot takes so bad that you can't even mock them

The only reason most people ever went to gaf was because it was the place that broke the news before kotaku heard about it, the place you could bump elbows with developers, the place with the NPD leaks, the place where you could discuss any game at a moment's notice

Everything it ever used to have was basically gone by 2016 and everything it is now you can get a better version of elsewhere
