The worst thing I've heard about where I am is a dude peeing in his office plant.  Suddenly that doesn't sound so bad.

At my previous sub-basement sweatshopjob there was a lady who worked in HR that was morbidly obese and had trouble moving around.  She would always wear these big, long dresses.  The reason I mention this is because there were several incidents reported of someone shitting on the floor.  And they knew who it was, too, because each time this happened...the ends of those long dresses were covered in shit and she didn't realize it.    She was often the one reporting this, too, pretending that it wasn't her.  It usually happened in the restroom but one time it happened on the carpet in the lobby.  They had to close the place down and get professionals in to clean it.

The CEO was asked to respond to the interview in question and all he responded with was to return an email from their PR department that basically was a "No comment, please read our PR response."

The PR response was "They were fired for attacking the community."

There is no evidence that there was any sort of HR process, past infractions, etc. and when asked to clarify the company basically refused to say anything other than they were fired for the tweets.

If she had lied during the interview I doubt they would have let that fly.  Although I do think the "I talked to them about my social media advocay during my interview" is a really weak point;  that doesn't mean they knew she was a total dick to people about video game narratives or that she would say shit like she was happy someone was dead.

My only comment: be mindfull of the thumbnails for the videos.  I don't browse this thread assuming a giant cottage cheesed ass in a g-string is going to show up in the thread.   It's not my prudeness I'm worried about but passerbys when I'm at work.  I do my best with an adblock filter that blocks out images but I haven't tweaked it to block out YouTube embeds.
